3. SMS Messaging Program
Program Name: Trusted Health Selections SMS Messaging Program
Program Description: Trusted Health Selections provides SMS communications to individuals who have submitted a health insurance quote request through our website and voluntarily opted in to receive communications.
We operate two distinct optional categories of SMS communications, each requiring separate consent:
- Service-Related SMS (Optional Consent): You may choose to opt in to receive service-related SMS messages from Trusted Health Selections by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default service consent checkbox on our opt-in form. These messages may include appointment scheduling, agent follow-ups, application status updates, document reminders, and customer support communications.
